シーザーストーンの特別なレストラン

氷のようなイメージを白系のシーザーストーンで実現したゾーン。ここでは日常の温度差に耐えるシーザーストーンを表現しています。キッチンで熱いものや冷たいものを置いたり、様々な温度のものを扱いますよね。

カウンターの周りに集まった皆さんが何を待っているかというと、、。

中で野菜がほんわりと溶け、熱いスープは飲みごろの温度になり、、、、という仕掛けでした。冷凍のものを入れた器や熱いスープ。温度差のあるものをその上で扱っても大丈夫、、、というシーザーストーンの耐熱性をイメージさせるパフォーマンスです。

［AIR  エアー　 優れた 加工性］
ここではシーザーストーンのカットアウトできる加工性が、存分に表現されました。通常は水平方向に使われることが多い平板ですが、ここではシーザーストーンを切り出した平板を垂直方向に使っています。まるで建築空間のようなキッチン！生のコンクリートミキサーをイメージしたのでしょうか。シーザーストーンの上で作られていたのは雲のようなメレンゲでした。
